Friday Favorites!
Good morning, and Happy Friday! I am looking forward to several days off after I finish work today. YAY!!! 
Today’s favorite is patterned paper by Flair Designs. I purchase mine from Jacksonbelle Embellishments. Lindsey carries a great mix of lines by Flair.
This company is one of my favorites, because they have a wide variety of styles. Some of my faves are: western (Horsin’ Around), baby (Baby of Mine), Christmas, Autumn, and Hit the Beach (my latest favorite and used on today’s card). They carry a good mix of vintage as well as whimsical.
It is a lighter weight paper, so it won’t add a lot of bulk to your cards. Hop on over to her store and take a peek…it’s even on sale!! I think you will like what you see!
This card is very simple. I used 2 different patterns from the “Hit the Beach” line. I LOVE that line of drinks! LOL! I machine stitched it to the tahiti graffiti pattern, then adhered it to a PaperTrey white card base. I accented the drinks and flowers with Sitckles. I punched out one of the drinks with a 3/4″ punch, stamped “party”, added Stickles, then added a page pebble on top. (for those that don’t know what that is, it’s a clear dome-shaped epoxy sticker)
I punched a hole at the top, ran some silver cord through, and attached it to the pink striped May Arts ribbon. As a finishing touch, I added 3 green thumbtack brads (Karen Foster) to the bottom left side. My friend Michele uses those brads all the time, and she shared where she gets hers from. Naturally, I had to buy them, as I have always loved seeing them on her cards. You can get them HERE. Thanks, M!

This is such a FUN card! I totally LOVE these colors! Also, this is wierd, but your card actually made me thirsty to look at it. I’m not kidding! It’s so refreshing! I love it! Now, off to the refrigerator…
