TGIF!

Today’s favorite is a newfound gem from CHA! While browsing through the booths, I stopped dead in my tracks in front of Webster’s Pages booth. The booth was so warm and inviting, and the paper! Oh my goodness the paper! I was seriously in love. I didn’t have time to linger, but made a mental note to come back to that booth before I left. Check out a sneak peek of their NEW website HERE!!)

The next day Lindsey, Michele and I were roaming around and came upon their booth. I squealed and said.. “OMG!! you have got to see this paper!!!” So in we went…Needless to day, they both loved it, too. We were fortunate enough to meet the designer Terri Conrad. She is an absolute DOLL! We chatted for awhile, and I just gushed over her amazing designs. Terri is a very talented designer, and her warm personality shines through in her designs. Webster’s Pages is here in North Carolina, the Raleigh area. I may have to take a roadtrip and visit them in person! Can you imagine designing for them? Oh my gosh that would be a dream!! Here is another favorite of mine:

So…we got home from CHA, and Lindsey informed us that she has ordered the entire line!!! WAHOO!!! I have every single design on it’s way to me as I type this, and cannot WAIT to receive it! :D You can check out what Lindsey has in her store by CLICKING HERE!

On a side note, I just realized that I am now in the Stamping TOP 50!!! Jumping up down Thank you all so much for coming to visit me!! It’s only been 4 short months since I started this blog. I wanted it to be a place where you could come to have some fun, learn some things, and see some great products. I have remained true to my favorite quote (by Joseph Campbell) which inspired the name of my blog. I feel that this milestone warrants me to share this quote with you once again:

…If you do follow your bliss you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. When you can see that, you begin to meet people who are in your field of bliss, and they open doors to you. I say, follow your bliss and don’t be afraid, and doors will open where you didn’t know they were going to be.

I am honored that you have shared in my “field of bliss” with me. I hope that you continue to find this is a place that you want to visit often. I love having you here with me! Group Hug

Edited to add: Terri came over to visit!! How cool is that!! Terri, thank you for your kind words and amazing talent! She has just started a blog, too!! RUN over there and check it out CLICK HERE!! You MUST check out her studio!! WOW!!

I was so… eyeballing that paper last night at the Jacksonbelle e-store. Now that I have more time to pick and choose, I’ll go back. My 3-year-old DD really liked the “happy balls hugging!”

Way to go girl - I may have to seek mentoring from you. I just started a blog and know absolutely nothing about this brave new world . . . but I’m learning. It’s soooo much fun. I hope you and your viewers will check it out at http://www.terriconraddesigns.typepad.com

Brandin O’Neill used all my art to create the layout and complete site. When I saw a preview I told her I wanted to climb in and take up residence there. She did a beautiful job!

May I add your post and link to my blog?

Keep up the awesome work Trudee :o)

    merci, merci

I have to tell you that I really look forward to your Friday Favorites. A few weeks ago, you featured the Tombo Adhesive that you use. Well, I picked up a bottle at Joann’s and now use it all the time. You’re right…it’s great!

    Keep up the great work.

    Hi Tru
Congrats on making the Stamping Top 50.
I’ve always admired your work from afar and other people love it too. I love that poem which has inspired you to Follow your bliss”. There seems to be a lot
of good advice in that quote. Saw your pictures on different blogs from the CHA. I see you are a redhead like me. Hugs, Barb
