Howdy, Outlaw!
Well you know, I have had this Outlaw paper since July. It was a “MUST HAVE“…and here it is, October, and the first time I have cut in to it! *eyes rolling*. I wanted to play in Julia’s WT Challenge today on SCS using twill.
Howdy, Outlaw!
The colors came directly from the patterned paper. I chose two patterns that would look good with my super cute stickperson Wordsworth cowgirl. Don’tcha love her? She makes me
.
I stamped her and the “howdy” on shimmery Curious Poison Ivory with Adirondack espresso ink. I cut and embossed around her with a Spellbinders large oval Nestability die, then colored her with the following Copic markers:
Using my Spellbinders Nestabilities large scalloped oval, I cut a window in the paisley print to frame the cowgirl. I machine stitched a strip of the star print to the left side, then sponged all of the pieces with Ranger vintage photo ink. I adhered the main panel to the rust card base, machine stitched a piece of twill on to the star panel, and went crazy with brads, LOL! (Karen Foster thumbtack brads, and making memories antique copper decorative & plain brads) Finally, I added the focal image on dimensionals.
Be sure to check out the stamps I have for sale HERE!
