Kinkade in Taupe
I have one final Kinkade design to share with you! I wanted to do a monochromatic/tonal card, and combine it with another one of the fabulous new Cornish Heritage Farms backgrounders…Tree Bark.
Love is the Bridge
I was inspired by the curves under the Cobblestone Bridge for they layout of this card. It’s a simple design that is easily duplicated! I stamped the Tree Bark on kraft cardstock using Ancient Page chocolate ink. Then, without re-inking it, I stamped it again~moving it slightly to the left. This gave it a three-dimensional effect.
The focal image is simply stamped with Clearsnap’s Vivid! taupe ink on stamper’s select (Papertrey) cardstock, matted with choc chip, with chocolate brads added. I used a salad plate to trace the semicircle on close to cocoa cardstock, distressed and sponged the edge, and added some faux stitching.
I hope you enjoyed my series of sneak peeks! Be on the lookout for the release of these images SOON!!
Thanks for stopping by!!! Hugs! ![]()

This is my favorite TK card you’ve done so far! The image is so crisp and gorgeous. The backgrounder almost looks like someone has drawn back a drape to reveal the sentiment. Very nice effect!
