Enjoy
Hello!!! I wanted to share this little set with you, using the Lockhart Itty Bitty Hot Chocolate and “enjoy” stamps. It also uses my favorite Webster’s Pages paper designed by Terri Conrad!
Enjoy & Welcome
This is a simple little gift to a new neighbor, but could easily be modified for anyone! How about a teacher, soccer coach, or UPS delivery person? Change the “Welcome” to “Thanks” or “For You” and there you go!
This is a can of General Food International coffee. I measured the width of the can, and adhered a strip of Webster’s Pages Dahlia paper with sticky strip. The can actually needs a smidge more than 12 inches, so the back has an extra strip of paper to cover the 2 seams. (Try to cut that strip so that it matches the pattern in the paper.)
I cut a rectangle of the same paper, rounded the corners, and placed it under the lid to cover the foil. Here’s a closeup of that:
I wrapped the coffee tin with this gorgeous May Arts ribbon, and made this little “Enjoy” tag with my oval Spellbinders Nestabilities dies. This image is supposed to be hot chocolate, but I think it can easily pass for a cappuccino, don’t you?
I colored it with my Copic markers, sponged the edge with a little apricot ink, and added a silver eyelet. Then I attached it with some silver cord. The scalloped layer is True Thyme.
The card is just a simple 4 1/4″ square true thyme cardbase with the same Webster’s paper, and a band of thyme that was stamped with Karen Foster snap stamps, and heat embossed with vanilla embossing powder. The chipboard “W” is self adhesive from Heidi Grace, and the brads are Bazzill.
I hope you enjoyed this little gift set, and I inspired you to make a little gift for someone you know! If you do, post a link in your comment so I can come and see it!
Tonight is the drawing for my big “Trudee Treats” giveaway!!! If you haven’t entered, be sure to do so HERE!
