Gardener’s Frame
I made this frame awhile ago and thought I’d share it with you, since many of you mentioned that you liked to alter frames! It was fun to make!
The Best Dirt…
Not a whole lot to explain on this! I traced around the frame (inside and out) with a pencil on the back side of the KI Memories paper, trimmed it, then adhered to the frame with ModPodge. I used my awesome Precision File kit from Basic Grey to tidy up the paper edges around the frame.
My Lockhart Garden Clogs and matching sentiment were stamped in Ranger Pitch Black ink on PaperTrey white cardstock, then colored with my Copic Markers. I cut and embossed the oval with my Spellbinders Nestabilities die, then airbrushed some warm yellow with my Copic airbrush system. I matted it with a scalloped pixie pink panel, and adhered it to the frame on pop-up glue dots.
To finish it off, I tied some matching Michael’s ribbon on the right side, inserted the glass, and added the picture of my Cosmos flowers from this summer.
Have a great day, and thanks for stopping by! HUGS, my friends!!!!!
