Trudee Treats 1 Year Anniversary!!!
Happy Anniversary toooooo meeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
It’s hard to believe that a year has passed since I first opened the door to Follow Your Bliss… I had no idea what would come of my creative ramblings, but had hoped to work towards building this “hobby” into a career. I am so proud to say that I am well on my way to having my career in place in this industry. My next milestone will be to leave my current full time job with the bank. I have every faith that this will happen, because I have shared this dream with all of you here. When you vocalize your dreams & wishes, and work to achieve them, the rest seems to fall into place. I encourage all of you to do the same in your lives, and see what happens. You will be amazed! 
I want to express my sincere thanks to all of you for coming to visit and sharing in my dreams with me. I absolutely LOVE having you here!! {{{Hugs}}}

For Easter my kids and I are ‘hitting the road’ for a 7 hour drive to Seattle.. We leave tomorrow bright and early and return late next week.. It’s also Spring Break.
We live on a ranch at 3,500 feet, so I am looking forward to the sunshine on my face (maybe next month!) all the snow melting, and the chance to just be outside in my spring clothes - sneaks, jeans, tshirt, and sweatshirt if chilly…..
What I love about your blog, which I subscribe too… hmmm… your work with copics, your great attitude, and I just love those cute little smiliey guys! They make me smile too!

You are so incredibly talented - you should have NO problem turning your hobby into a career. Because of you (and I only found your blog in the last month or so), I am on my way to building a nice collection of Copic markers - I have picked up eight or ten at my local Hobby Lobby while they were on sale, but they have a pretty limited selection. I want to pick some up from an online site - I’d love to know which colors or kits you would recommend for a ’starter’ set. You may have already said, but I haven’t found it yet. Wow! Fun candy! This Easter, we are going to spend some time with my FIL, who lost his beloved wife of 52 years a few months ago. Then, we’ll go spend some time with my family. We are going over to my mom’s for Easter Dinner early (noon), I guess that means no breakfast since she is making Leg of Lamb, kwim?
It’ll be difficult as on the 24th, it’ll be 20 years that my dad passed away at the age of 41, just 5 days after my birthday on the 19th. But, it’s one day closer until we meet again on the other side.

Easter is a busy day for us at church. We will start with a SonRise service followed by a breakfast and then our regular service followed by an Easter Egg hunt. My husband is a tax accountant, so it will be just me and the kids again this year! In our house April 15th is a holiday!

Card craft and scrapbooking are getting more popular but it’s hard to find supplies for my stash. Easter is always hectic here in the pastor’s household, especially since I direct the choir at church. We’re doing a terrific cantata this year; I absolutely love the music. Happy Easter to you and yours!

When my kids were little we used make our own Easter eggs and chocolates now it is my liitle grandchildren who are following their parents footsteps in doing this.

Congratulations to you, Trudee! I have enjoyed folowing your blog daily. You are an inspiration to us all. I wish you success in all your endeavors. It is kind of funny thinking of spring today… I went to Wabash MN with my family yesterday to see the fabulous eagles up close and personal. It was a breathtaking experience! However, we woke up to about 5″ of snow and it was falling in huge flakes. It was quite a drive home. I am so looking forward to warm spring weather and pretty flowers.

Happy Anniversary Trudee! We are spending Easter with family. My husband has four brothers and I have three brothers and 1 sister. All are married with children and grandchildren so whenever there is a holiday we all go to each parents home to spend the day with them celebrating the day plus the blessings of our family being able to get together. Yes, it’s a crazy time but it’s a wonderful crazy!

We are ushering at church Sunday and then our family is coming over for Easter dinner. Usually, I have an Easter egg hunt for the grandchildren.
We just got 5 inches of snow so the hunt will probably be in the house, instead of outside.
