Happy Easter!
Hi Everyone!! Sorry I’ve been away a few days this week. My parents are in town staying with me, so I’ve been enjoying their company! We’re off to the Biltmore Estate for Easter brunch…..YUMMYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!
I have a fun little Easter Basket to share with you. It’s my last project I created for A Walk Down Memory Lane, using the Imaginesce For Peep’s Sake paper.
I got this little basket from the $1 bin at Michael’s several months ago, and thought it’d be perfect for Easter. I adhered the patterned paper to the basket with Ranger glossy accents, and used these fun Imaginesce chipboard shapes with matching stickers for the tag and flower embellishment on the cover. I used my Spellbinders circle Nestability die to cut the paper for the lid, and tied various ribbons on the handle.
Here’s a shot of the inside:
I wish you all a lovely Easter! Don’t forget to scroll down and enter my drawing for Trudee Treats!!!
Thanks for stopping by!! ~~Hugs!~~

I notice you use Nestabilities a lot. I really don’t understand how they work. I’ve heard they work with a cuttlebug, but we tried it at my local stamping store and they only cut, not emboss. Can you emboss with a cuttlebug or do you have to buy a different machine to use with them. I would really appreciate a tutorial on this. By the way, lucky you to get to go the Billmore Estates for lunch. I DREAM of going there someday.

I have always wanted to go to Biltmore, I loved touring the old mansions and homes in England while we lived there! Sounds like a great way to spend Easter!
This basket is just adorable good idea to pick it up when you did, just love the way you altered it!

I absolutely LOVE the Biltmore Estate! One of my favorite places to go whenever I am able to get back to NC. I was born and raised in Winston-Salem, the mountains and the Carolina coast (Sunset Beach) are my two most favorite spots to visit. Hope you had a wonderful time with your parents.
