Trio of Trees
Happy Monday! (lol)
I have one more design to share with you, using the Lizzie Anne Designs set In the Treetop. This card, like my previous two, also uses a paint brochure as color inspiration.
I just love these rich colors, and thought they would work well with the trees! Nothing fancy here, other than a little bit of stitching with green thread for the ground, and a border across the top. I added the sentiment as a “pennant” with some chocolate brown gingham ribbon. The trees are stamped on poison ivory cardstock, which gives a lovely shimmer!
Hope you like this simple card, today. Have a good week!
Ink: Adirondack cranberry, stream, butterscotch, espresso. Cardstock: Prism intense teal, sunflowers dark, arjo wiggings poison ivory.

I have been watching you use colour inspiration over the past couple of days and have been remise in not telling you sooner that I think your cards are lovely. I would have never thought to use those booklets as inspiration. Unfortunately, I just can’t grasp the concept of looking at my surroundings for colour combos. I’m definately picking up some booklets on my next trip to Home Depot. This particular card combo is pure delight!!
